Len Brandt
Mr. Brandt co-founded CNS Response (CNSO) of Orange County, CA, in 2000 and is its CEO. Mr.
Brandt’s prior experience is extensive in new ventures from both venture capital and operating perspectives.
As a General Partner at Norwest Ventures he led the fund’s investment activity throughout the 1980’s in all
areas of the healthcare including, biopharmaceutical, healthcare services, medical devices and diagnostics.
After that Mr. Brandt turned entrepreneur co-founding Time Segment Publishing and Mill City Ventures Consulting.
He co-founded Embro Vascular, the dominant supplier of technology for least-invasive saphenous vein harvesting
(heart bypass surgery) now supplied through Boston Scientific (BSX).
Mr. Brandt’s involvement with an innovative supplier of neurostimulation lead technology, Micronet Medical,
(purchased by Advanced Neuromodulation Systems and then St. Jude Medical (STJ)) refocused his attention on CNS analytics and treatment.
Mr. Brandt was educated at the University of Illinois and Harvard.
Elliott J. Stein, Co-Founder
Mr. Elliott Stein is a technology lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in
advising and representing developers, resellers, service providers, and large-scale
end-users of information technology, telephone, and electronic commerce. Mr. Stein
has extensive experience in counseling technology enterprises ranging from small
start-ups to large, NYSE-listed multi-nationals. He has also served in an executive
capacity for a number of technology companies including, most recently, as President
and Chief Executive Officer of Comtek Computer Systems.
Eran Goren, Co-Founder
Mr. Eran Goren is currently CEO of enCircle Media an interactive marketing firm
working with leading consumer brands. Prior to joining enCircle Media Mr. Goren
founded sourceOut, Inc., a leading provider of marketing and sales solutions to
Fortune 1000 companies, where he spearheaded the company’s overall strategy, vision,
and aggressive growth prior to its acquisition by Red McCombs Media. Mr. Goren then
served as President of the Affiliate Division, managing the integration of both
companies. Mr. Goren’s additional experience includes directing the sales team for
iVenturi, a software company spun-off by Dow Chemical and Andersen Consulting, and
serving as Vice President of Business Development at Ontero, a Web portal provider,
where he developed and managed projects for some of the nation’s largest financial
firms, including Salomon Smith Barney and Providian Financial. Mr. Goren holds both
Finance and Management Information Systems degrees from The University of Texas
at Austin.
Andy Goren, Chairman and Co-Founder
Mr. Andy Goren’s background includes serving as Chief Executive Officer for various
medical, semiconductor, and wireless companies. Most recently, Mr. Goren was CEO
of BioQ, Inc., a medical device company pioneering the treatment of gait and balance
disorders due to peripheral neuropathy. Prior to his role at BioQ, Inc., Mr. Goren
served as CEO of MobileWise, Inc., a revolutionary wire-free electric power delivery
system. Additionally, Mr. Goren served as CEO of GeePS, Inc., a wireless location-based
services infrastructure provider with operations worldwide. Mr. Goren brings 15
years of industry experience in manufacturing, sales, marketing, business development,
fundraising, and OEM relationships with large global corporations. Mr. Goren obtained
his B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley and
performed graduate studies in Neuroscience at Stanford.
