Andy Goren, President & CEO
Mr. Andy Goren’s background includes serving as Chief Executive Officer for various medical, semiconductor, and wireless companies. Most recently, Mr. Goren was CEO of BioQ, Inc., a medical device company pioneering the treatment of gait and balance disorders due to peripheral neuropathy. Prior to his role at BioQ, Inc., Mr. Goren served as CEO of MobileWise, Inc., a revolutionary wire-free electric power delivery system. Additionally, Mr. Goren served as CEO of GeePS, Inc., a wireless location-based services infrastructure provider with operations worldwide. Mr. Goren brings 15 years of industry experience in manufacturing, sales, marketing, business development, fundraising, and OEM relationships with large global corporations. Mr. Goren obtained his B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley and performed graduate studies in Neuroscience at Stanford.
Sharon Keene, M.D, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Sharon Keene is President and Medical Director of Physician's Hair Institute, in Tucson, Arizona and is nationally recognized for her pioneering work in the hair transplant field. She was the Program Chair for the September, 2007 International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeon's (ISHRS) conference in Las Vegas.
Dr. Keene is certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), the European Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, the Italian Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons and Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Surgeons. She is currently acting chairman of the Evidence Based Medicine Task force for the ISHRS.
Dirk Segers, President - Europe, Middle East, Africa
Mr. Segers has worked and managed European subsidiaries for several US based medical device companies. All companies have been successfully paving the road into new technologies and treatment options in the cardiology and cardio-vascular field. Dirk Segers brings to HairDX over 18 years of experience in Clinical, Sales and Marketing Management. Mr. Segers also founded a consulting company called Euramedics bvba and has worked previously at ValleyLab, Colorado, a subsidiary of Pfizer Inc. Mr. Segers has a Master of Science in Nuclear Physics, a Master in Quantitate Business and holds a Master of Business Administration.
Lorie Wolf, Vice President of Marketing & Creative
As Vice President of Marketing and Creative for HairDX, Ms. Wolf oversees the establishment and execution of the company's marketing strategy, brand identity, web site design, packaging, advertising campaigns and other communications. With over 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing and a host of national awards for her outstanding work in art direction, Lorie has built a highly successful consulting career with a top-notch client base that has included Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, dwell Magazine, Hilton Hotels, Sea World, San Diego Padres, Providian Financial, Warner Brothers, O'Donnell/Atkins, Johnson Capital, IDG, CMP, Miller Freeman Publishing and more. Ms. Wolf obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Arizona.
Christina Khachatryan, Vice President of Bioinformatics Systems
Ms. Khachatryan has extensive knowledge in development of bioinformatics and human genetic data analysis. Prior to joining HairDX, Ms. Christina Khachatryan served as a software developer at Delphi Partners LLC. Her outstanding educational credentials include a Master of Science degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science from Simmons College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Yerevan State University in Armenia.
Darlene Frie, RN, Vice President of Clinical Services
Ms. Darlene Frie has over 17 years of clinical service which started at the Mayo Clinic while performing all clinical studies there. Clinical service has been performed across the entire United States at top rated hospitals that has included Duke University Medical Center, Mayo Clinic, Medical University of South Carolina, Stanford Hospital and Clinics, University of Colorado Hospital, University of Minnesota Medical Center – Fairview and more. Ms. Frie has also been a successful business owner in Germany. Ms. Frie first became interested in the field of Genetics when she was found to be a Bone Marrow Donor Match for an anonymous gentleman with Leukemia living somewhere in the world.
Elliott J. Stein, JD, General Consul and Co-Founder
Mr. Elliott Stein is a technology lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in advising and representing developers, resellers, service providers, and large-scale end-users of information technology, telephone, and electronic commerce. Mr. Stein has extensive experience in counseling technology enterprises ranging from small start-ups to large, NYSE-listed multi-nationals. He has also served in an executive capacity for a number of technology companies including, most recently, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Comtek Computer Systems.
Mace Wolf, CTO
Mr. Mace Wolf is a world-leading systems architect with extensive
experience in the development of large-scale healthcare systems, as well as marketing
and Internet tracking systems for large multinationals. Prior to his role at HairDX,
Mr. Wolf served as CEO of Cognify, Inc., a healthcare IT consulting firm with clients
such as Sears Methodist Retirement System and Episcopal Home Foundation. Prior to
his role at Cognify, Inc., Mr. Wolf served as CTO of Integrated Marketing Technology
where he architected and managed marketing analytics for Reader’s Digest Corporation,
McGraw-Hill Companies, Martha Stewart/Omnimedia, Primedia, BBC Corporation, and
American Express.
